The expansion of the Y/Z axis movement and table size, along with the installation of a 28-tool magazine, broadens the application range for process integration such as multi-surface machining and variable production. Along with a rich variety of specifications, it accommodates a wide range of machining.
Through the optimized control of the "CNC-D00" control device, all unnecessary movements during processing are eliminated to the utmost limit. This maximizes the performance of highly reliable machines and demonstrates high productivity.
A lineup of main shafts that can broadly accommodate various industries, from automobiles and semiconductors to precision parts and IT-related equipment. High speed and high precision are achieved in three-dimensional processing and simultaneous 5-axis processing using NC equipment*. *: The simultaneous 5-axis processing function is available only for S300/500/700Xd2-5AX.
By enhancing maintenance functions, we prevent equipment failures before they occur and reduce processing defects through chip management. By not stopping the machines, we maintain high productivity in the production area.
We have developed a new magazine that can store the largest number of tools in the SPEEDIO series, with a capacity of 100 tools. Thanks to Brother's unique mechanism, we have achieved space-saving and high productivity. *: This is only equipped on the S700Xd2-100T. Additionally, the S700Xd2-100T does not have a conversational interface.
