In recent years, the evolution of computers has advanced the practical application of technologies such as big data analysis and AI. As a result, there is growing interest in the development of materials informatics in the field of materials development. Bruker manufactures and sells electronic lab notebooks as a mechanism to ensure the quantity and quality of data that forms the basis of materials informatics. Additionally, when advancing the digitization of labs, a critical aspect tends to be the digitization of data returned from other departments or external contractors. In this session, we will provide a basic introduction to electronic lab notebooks and showcase the Workflow features that are useful for interactions with external parties. We hope that those considering the digitization of their labs will actively participate.
