Quantitative measurement of xylene-soluble fraction in polypropylene.
Process control of polymerization at line is possible! Introducing XS measurement of polypropylene.
The application of xylene-soluble fractions (XS) utilizes the difference in relaxation times between rigid and flexible regions in polymers. Protons in the rigid regions return to thermal equilibrium significantly faster than protons in the flexible regions. By measuring signal attenuation at two specific times, it becomes possible to determine the ratio corresponding to the xylene-soluble fraction. 【Features】 ■ Process control of polymerization at line ■ Minimal sample preparation required (measured directly in pellet or powder form) ■ Only 25 minutes from sample extraction to result evaluation ■ Validation of the device through daily check functionality *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
