Due to the ideal conditions where all dimensions and ratios related to the dispersion and grinding processes are constant, linear scale-up is possible from the pilot-sized mill "X1." - Achieves a processing capacity of over 1000 liters/hour by conducting circulation operations with extensive operating parameters and product viscosity. - Reduces metal contamination in the product. The components of the rotor and stator are made from special ceramics that excel in thermal conductivity and wear resistance.
