Die Casting Machine Evolution
Medium-sized die casting machine with flexible settings to meet customer requirements (clamping force 260–900 ton).
The medium-sized machine Evolution, which has the same injection unit as our large die-casting machine Carat, is a high-end machine equipped with a stepless injection position lifting mechanism and an injection control system, allowing for flexible settings.
basic information
■Mature Injection Unit - Injection conditions can be freely set. Up to 20 points can be set for each position/velocity control stage and time/pressure control stage. - The machine's system pressure is high at 210 bar (21 MPa), allowing for a smaller plunger diameter, achieving quick acceleration and deceleration. - High precision and high reproducibility injection unit. - Injection position can be raised and lowered continuously. ■dat@net Control System - The unique injection analysis technology "Real-Time Control" from Bühler allows for machine control with each injection. - Intuitive operation is possible with a touch panel integrated control. - Injection conditions can be finely set and managed. - Equipped with a self-diagnosis function. In case of machine trouble, the machine will locate the fault and display the response method.
