As a successor to the well-established BB700, the W+D 816+ elevates productivity, completeness, reliability, and ease of use to a new level. The 16k system further develops the advanced features introduced on the 800 series platform. The inserting module equipped with a 3-up insert pusher assembly, the AutoSet function of the envelope stopper unit, the new envelope feeder, additional vacuum systems, and the new envelope gripper track that enhances production stability and reduces wear strengthen product control. The W+D 816+ also improves usability with EasySet and the BSC4.0 operating system, which includes operator support.
