The Müller MK8500 is a high-performance inserter that combines safety, flexibility, and overwhelming productivity. With its high processing capacity, it can handle large and complex tasks in a one-stop manner. Furthermore, its modular structure allows for flexible responses to increasingly complex demands and diverse applications. In particular, the multi-channel system, which can be freely configured with 2 to 15 stations, enables unparalleled operational flexibility. It can accommodate all conditions, including the presence or absence of reading, the order of enclosures, cut sheets/continuous forms, and whether folding is required or not. This system also allows for easy switching between cut sheets and continuous forms. Additionally, both feeding channels can be incorporated into the system simultaneously, enabling instantaneous switching of processing methods. This feature can also be utilized for operations in a two-channel configuration for so-called matching applications. Moreover, it is equipped with a dynamic speed adjustment function, which automatically adjusts the speed according to the most time-consuming process for jobs where the number of sheets varies per set, such as jobs with one sheet or nine sheets. This eliminates empty cycles and significantly improves processing performance compared to similar systems.
