It is possible to perform grinding and polishing processing of various molded products! We have received prototype requests from all domestic glass manufacturers.
Our company's convex lenses undergo final shape processing after polishing, so we are confident in their surface accuracy. We mainly use optical glass and can accommodate both double convex R products and single convex R/single concave R products. The processing capability depends on size and accuracy, but it is typically around 3kp/M as a standard.
