We have received many inquiries in the field of electronic materials and thermal interface materials (TIM), and we will hold an online seminar regarding solutions to various issues using BYK additives. For electronic materials, particularly for TIM applications, we will discuss solutions to problems related to wetting dispersants and foam residue when handling aluminum oxide and aluminum hydroxide. Additionally, for thermal materials, we will report on the domestic examination results of recommended products for pastes using aluminum nitride and boron nitride.
