The chip collection holder has been certified as an environmentally harmonious product by the Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association. This product utilizes centrifugal force to prevent the scattering of chips generated during processing by using a chip pocket located on the outer circumference of the cutter, thereby reducing spindle attachment and detachment issues. Furthermore, after processing, it is possible to discharge chips to a designated position by stopping the rotation. It contributes to reducing troubles caused by chips and decreasing the frequency of internal cleaning in dry machining, where internal cleaning is not possible. It is an optimal tool for milling aluminum workpieces on vertical machining centers.
