G7 Drill Series: Carbide Drill for One-Pass Machining at IT7 Level
IT7 grade one-shot machining carbide drill series!
The G7 drill series consists of a drill bit and a special reamer. By separating each groove, it allows the chips generated from the cutting edge to be discharged separately, eliminating chip jamming. The reamer features a special blade shape, achieving one-pass machining at IT7 level. The lineup includes the G7X drill for solid holes, the G7T drill for cast holes, and the Y7 drill as a high-feed version of the G7 drill.
