The balance reamer consists of a 4-point guide pad and a single PCD blade. The flute design, which takes into account the rotational balance of the reamer, suppresses vibration during rotation even with a long tool projection, achieving "high precision machining" in deep hole processing through a guide arrangement that considers cutting resistance. The design of the special coolant holes ensures lubrication during cutting and prevents workpiece damage.
