The segment-type deburring holder maintains excellent rigidity by using a segment brush (such as nylon with abrasive particles) and controlling the brush's spread with a brush guide plate, resulting in high deburring performance. Furthermore, even as the brush wears, it allows for adjustment of the brush extension, enabling longer use of the brush, which contributes to "reduction in tool costs" and saves the hassle of brush replacement, thereby enhancing "productivity."
