We can machine any hole with helical processing! 'D-Cut Tool'

Achieves helical machining through special blade tip design, a special tool suitable for mass production of various types.

The D-cut tool accommodates various hole diameters with a single tool through helical machining. It achieves high-speed processing with the optimal cutting edge material. The multi-blade design and unique blade runout adjustment mechanism enable low-resistance machining. By reducing spindle load, it allows for downsizing of the spindle (from conventional roughing equipment #50 to #40!).
