The line bar is used for processing holes with strict coaxiality, such as the crank holes in cylinder blocks, using dedicated jigs. Fuji Seiko develops and provides line bars that meet customer needs as a special tool manufacturer. By consolidating rough and finishing processes, we contribute to "reduction of equipment investment," by implementing automatic correction mechanisms, we enhance "productivity," and through the super-hardening of the main body, we increase rigidity, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction from various angles.
