Even though it's dry processing, no chips scatter!? Chip collection holder.

A holder that collects chips and discharges them at a designated location, reducing chip scattering during dry processing.

The chip collection holder utilizes centrifugal force to prevent the scattering of chips generated during processing by using chip pockets located on the outer circumference of the cutter, thereby reducing spindle attachment and detachment issues. Furthermore, after processing, it allows for the discharge of chips at a designated position due to the cessation of rotation. It contributes to "reducing troubles caused by chips" and "decreasing the frequency of internal cleaning" in dry machining where in-machine cleaning is not possible. It is ideal for milling aluminum workpieces on vertical machining centers.
