The segment-type deburring holder maintains excellent rigidity by using segment brushes (such as abrasive nylon) and suppressing the brush's spread with a brush guide plate, resulting in high deburring performance. Furthermore, even when the brush wears down, it allows for adjustment of the brush extension, enabling longer use of the brush, which contributes to "reduction in tool costs" and saves the hassle of brush replacement, thereby "improving productivity."
