[Analysis Case] Analysis of the Propulsive Force of Linear Actuators
Analysis requires 3D simulation! A case study analyzing the effects of differences in magnet length.
We would like to introduce the "Thrust Force Analysis of Linear Actuators" conducted by our company. In this case study, we analyzed the impact of differences in magnet length on the thrust direction and stroke of the motor. As a result of the analysis, we confirmed the presence or absence of magnetic saturation in the magnetic flux field circuit under the driving conditions of the motor, and found that magnetic saturation did not occur and the magnetic flux field was stable. 【Analysis Conditions】 ■ Driving Conditions: Input Current DC-1A/Phase ■ Stroke Operation Time: 4ms (Design Stroke Time Range 1–3ms) ※ Design Stroke: -10mm to 10mm ■ Magnet Length Variation Width: -1mm, +3mm, +7mm (based on 60mm width) ※ The magnet length was set as a variable, and calculations were performed with the above three variation widths. *Details of the case study can be viewed through the related links.
