Punching process The punching process is a method where a material is placed between a male mold (punch) and a female mold (die), and then punched out using a press machine to obtain products or parts with a specified shape. Compared to machining, this method has the advantage of enabling mass production in a short time, so many thin products and parts are produced using this process.

Punching Processability As shown in the photo, for industrial parts such as outer shapes and through holes, most shapes can be obtained through punching processing. The edges of the punched areas are sharp, and large burrs do not occur. The photo shows an example of material punched at around 1.0mm, but even thinner materials can withstand punching processing. Additionally, the finish and quality of the processed products largely depend on the skills of the mold makers and the know-how of the processing companies, so please consult us first.
