【Specifications】 ○ Processing capacity (2ml vials): 180 vials per hour (depending on operator skill level) ○ Filling volume: from 0.1ml to 50ml + overfill ○ Filling accuracy: typically 1%, depending on the selected filling pump ○ Utility: 100V electricity only (for peristaltic pump and laser oscillator at two locations) 【Equipment Configuration】 - Peristaltic pump (standard equipment is Flexicon's PF7) - Filling stand A stand designed to accurately pierce and fill with a filling needle specifically for AT vials. - Laser sealing unit A laser oscillator performs a one-second laser irradiation to fuse the pierced area and completely seal it. - Capping tool For tamper-evident purposes, a resin cap is attached using a jig. The cap can also be applied manually. Designed for small batch production, it is compact and can be easily installed inside a safety cabinet or isolator.
