We sell "Plastic Sterile Vials" (Crystal Vials). 【Features of "Plastic Sterile Vials"】 ● Suitable for freezing storage or processes at low temperatures (−80°C or liquid nitrogen gas) for cells and frozen preparations. ● Can be filled immediately, allowing for a reduction in pre-filling processes. The Crystal technology is based on the concept that polymer vials are clean (molded in an ISO 5 clean room), sealed (with a fixed rubber stopper), and sterile (gamma-irradiated). For the materials in contact with the contents, COC (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) is used for the body, and a patented TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is used for the rubber stopper. Both meet the requirements for pharmaceutical containers.
