This water film dissipates static electricity, thereby preventing the adhesion of powder to the film due to charging. The resin cover installed on the exhaust port of the non-woven fabric processing equipment had charged paper dust adhering to it. Frequent cleaning was necessary to maintain the aesthetics of the factory, but after applying Excel Pure to the cover, the amount of paper dust adhesion significantly decreased due to its anti-static properties. This made it possible to reduce the cleaning frequency.

Mechanism of static electricity prevention: The hydrophilic coating of Excel Pure captures moisture from the air, forming a thin water film on the coating. Even when static electricity is generated, the water film dissipates the static electricity, preventing charging on the coating.
