Inorganic anti-fouling coating agent "Excel Pure"
Due to the low refractive index of Excel Pure, we have released verification experiments showing that the light transmittance of the PET film on the coated surface has improved! It is a coating with high adhesion between the film and the substrate.
This is an introduction to the verification test of the light transmittance improvement effect of the inorganic antifouling coating agent "Excel Pure" using a photometer. A PET film coated with Excel Pure on one side was placed between the light source and the sensor, and the illuminance was measured via the uncoated surface and the coated surface, confirming the change in illuminance. The illuminance measurement value via the uncoated surface was 337 Lux, while the value via the coated surface was 354 Lux, showing an increase of approximately 4.8%. [Test Method] - The illuminance meter sensor was installed directly under the LED reading light source to measure the illuminance of the reading light. - A PET film coated with Excel Pure on one side was placed between the light source and the sensor, measuring the illuminance via the uncoated surface and the coated surface to confirm the change in illuminance.
