Super wear-resistant urethane bearings, super wear-resistant urethane rollers.

This is a super abrasion-resistant TPU urethane roller developed by Chemix Industries. There is also a non-carbon conductive urethane roller available.

Ultra-wear-resistant TPU urethane rollers developed by Chemix Industries. Special adhesive treatment enhances the delamination strength with bearings, resulting in ultra-wear-resistant urethane bearings. Non-carbon conductive urethane rollers are also available. Test Results: ■ Wear Test Speed: 120m/min / Load: 54.5kgf (534N) at a thrust angle of 5 degrees for 24 hours. Ultra-wear-resistant TPU shows less wear compared to conventional urethane. ■ Delamination Strength Test Speed: 120m/min / Load: 54.5kgf (534N) at a thrust angle of 5 degrees for 24 hours with no abnormalities in operation. *Detailed test data is available upon request.
