Manufacturing ceramic-shaped products using supplied raw materials.

A case where mass production began after receiving customer approval on the prototype and undergoing mass production testing!

We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing ceramic-shaped products using supplied raw materials. We received a request from a customer asking us to mold and sinter products using their developed raw materials. We conducted tests to select a binder and determine spray conditions using a small amount (1-2 kg) of raw materials, repeatedly testing molding and sintering to establish optimal conditions, and then carried out prototype production. After receiving approval from the customer on the prototype, we proceeded to mass production following a mass production trial.
