The "Classic" is the standard sampling valve from Keofitt. - It allows for cleaning of the wetted parts while the valve remains attached to tanks or piping. - Designed with a focus on cleanability and the discharge of internal residues, featuring electropolished internal surfaces and a machined structure without welds. - Utilizes PTFE sealing material (membrane), allowing for long-term use without the need for replacement against chemical cleaning or steam cleaning. - Capable of handling high viscosity and large particle sizes, up to 250,000 cP and particle sizes of 1 mm (suitable for use with pulp, honey, ketchup, yogurt). - Cleaning with chemicals such as alcohol can be used as an alternative to thermal sterilization with a burner. - Opening and closing operations can be performed using air input. - Integrated sampling valve made by machining. Eliminates welds and prevents liquid pooling. - Surface roughness of the wetted parts is below 0.5 µm due to electropolishing. - CIP and SIP are possible without the need for disassembly and cleaning. - Wetted parts are made of SUS316L. - Compatible with a maximum viscosity of 250,000 cP and particle sizes up to 17 mm. - Seat materials can be selected from silicone, PTFE, EPDM, and FFKM. - Installation is possible without construction, using clamp or threaded types.
