TC-1 High Entropy Liquid Alloy / Shot Peening Equipment
Shortening the painting process by omitting the preprocessing steps (reducing CO2 emissions and environmental impact)
TC-1 high-entropy liquid alloy is a new alloy composed of a multi-element internal organizational structure in an amorphous state. Shot peening using TC-1 can simplify the painting process and significantly reduce environmental impact. Features of TC-1 high-entropy liquid alloy: ■ Ultra-high hardness: Approximately 4700 Hv ■ High corrosion resistance: No corrosion reaction even in high-concentration mixed acids (hydrochloric acid + nitric acid + sulfuric acid) ■ Low brittleness: High strength due to spherical particles, making it less prone to cracking ■ Excellent strengthening effect on the workpiece due to high density ■ Reusable as shot peening material
