The "Super Clean Mate Series" is an efficient "sludge recovery device" that stirs up foreign substances accumulated inside the coolant tank of machine tools. Inside the coolant tank of machine tools, foreign substances oxidize and accumulate due to prolonged operation. Continuing to use it as is can lead to problems with pumps and cutting tools, causing equipment failure or damage. This product allows for the collection of accumulated substances and sludge by inserting a nozzle through a small gap, all while the equipment is in operation, without needing to move the tank. The filters include a wire mesh filter and a back filter, capable of handling up to 5 microns as standard. There are five types of filters available, with an option to accommodate up to 1 micron. Compared to replacing with new oil, this offers a cost reduction of 1/5 to 1/10 of the expense.
