The filtration device "Super Clean Mate" JPX750 is a filtration system capable of purifying cutting oil both in online and offline modes. When cutting oil is used for an extended period, foreign substances and water can mix in, leading to oxidation. Continuing to use it in this state can cause problems, resulting in equipment failure or damage. This product purifies the operating oil while removing both foreign substances and water, maintaining a condition equivalent to fresh oil at all times. The filter uses a special non-woven fabric that has the same adsorption properties, strength, and water absorption as Mino washi (traditional Japanese paper). It removes ultra-fine contaminants and carbon, which were difficult to eliminate with conventional filtration devices, purifying to NAS grade 7. Compared to replacing with fresh oil, it reduces costs to about 1/5 to 1/10 of the expense.
