The "Automatic Dilution Supply Device for Coolant Liquid" creates a diluted liquid that has been micro-particleized by a stirrer inside the machine and supplies it to each machine tool via a coolant pump. It can adjust the dilution concentration from 1% to 20%. It automatically dilutes accurately at the specified concentration to generate coolant. Additionally, it uses the exact same method as manually creating coolant liquid. Changing the concentration of the liquid can be easily adjusted by altering the amount of concentrated solution in the metering device (patent obtained). 【Manufacturing Method】 ■ Measure 20 liters of tap water or industrial water and pour it into the mixing tank. ■ Drop 1 liter of concentrated solution measured by the metering device into the water. ■ Stir the liquid sufficiently with the stirring blades. ■ Mix thoroughly until the coolant liquid becomes micro-particles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
