We would like to introduce a case study of the cutting oil filtration device from Chubu Clean. In the spindle of the machining center, the existing pump is used as is, and only the housing of the "JPX500" has been introduced. (A BF-50 filter is used to prevent clogging from pipe chips.) This product filters foreign substances in the tank using the built-in cartridge filter, removing chips and other debris. It helps reduce waste volume and contributes to cost reduction.
