Switching to heater heating simultaneously solves the challenges of molten metal retention and increases output!

"AL HYPER L・MAX" contributes to the electrification of molten metal retention. "AL HYPER L" features a heater design that prevents the heating element from being exposed above the molten metal surface, even in furnaces with a low molten metal level, by changing the shape of the heater from vertical to L-shaped. Additionally, "AL HYPER MAX" uses a special material for the heating wire that has a significantly higher melting point than conventional nichrome wire, eliminating concerns about breakage even at ultra-high power levels. It achieves ultra-high power approximately 10 times that of typical immersion heaters.
