Our greatest strength lies in our flexible system that can accommodate production from a minimum of 50L, referred to as "ultra-small lots," to mass production of up to 3,000L. To address contamination concerns in dissolution processing, we thoroughly implement "disassembly and cleaning of the mixing vessel" for each product change. We physically remove residues from blades and walls that cannot be completely eliminated by standard solvent cleaning, allowing us to produce solutions of extremely high purity. We also accept processing requests for high-viscosity products with a maximum viscosity of 60,000 mPa·s and difficult-to-dissolve materials.
