With just one main nut (tightening and loosening the T-bar), disassembly/assembly can be performed without the need for tools and without removing it from the piping. Many pumps, including our air-driven diaphragm pump "One Nut Pump," cause pulsation in the discharged fluid, leading to vibrations, noise, and distortion in the piping, which can damage piping joints, support brackets, and other components of the piping system. Our pulsation dampers, when installed at appropriate points in the piping system and supplied with air, eliminate up to 95% of piping pulsation, mitigating the aforementioned issues. They also support uniform discharge of fluid products. We use long-lasting integrated PTFE diaphragms, and you can choose from a variety of diaphragm materials including PTFE, nitrile, EPDM, and anti-static PTFE. The body material consists of SUS316L, with virgin or anti-static PTFE and polypropylene as standard materials.
