However, by using the original "cage-fixed propeller" from Chuo Rika Co., Ltd., which has undergone further improvements, dispersion can now be achieved much faster and mixing can also be done more quickly than before. 【Simple Type Features】 ○ The shaft, basket, and propeller rotate in the same manner. ○ Easy to disassemble and clean, as it only involves the shaft, basket, and propeller. ○ More affordable compared to the improved type. ○ When powder is added all at once, it tends to dissolve and form a film on the mesh easily, resulting in fewer clumps and less liquid passing through, thus the dissolution time is about twice that of the improved type. 【Improved Type Features】 ○ The basket is fixed while the shaft and propeller rotate, resulting in a greater impact on the liquid and clumps passing through the mesh, making it less likely to form a film and allowing for faster dissolution. ○ The addition of a ring-shaped propeller makes it easier to introduce liquid into the basket. ○ Baffles are provided to facilitate liquid entry into the basket and prevent foam generation. ○ The ring-shaped propeller allows for better extrusion of high-viscosity liquids, resulting in a higher circulation volume compared to the crab type. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
