Examples of Diaphragm Pump Adoption: Syrup and Chocolate Sauce Manufacturer

[Industry Case Studies Available] An example of reducing product waste with an internal fluid retention rate of approximately 70% in pumps.

We would like to introduce a case study of our air-driven diaphragm pump, the "One Nut Pump." ★Target Users: Syrup, Chocolate, and Sauce Manufacturers The company in question was facing issues with flow control caused by electric-driven pumps. Therefore, they introduced our "One Nut Pump." By equipping it with a back plate for diaphragm protection, it can accommodate CIP cleaning from external sources up to 0.7 MPa without removing the pump from the process piping. This has allowed for CIP cleaning at a pressure of 0.7 MPa, reduced maintenance time, and minimized product waste, resulting in very positive feedback. 【Case Study Overview】 ■Pump Series: EHEDG E Series ■Wetted Material: EHEDG Certified SUS316L Hand Polished ■Optional Specification: Diaphragm protection back plate capable of withstanding up to 0.7 MPa *You can view the complete collection of all case studies in the "Use Case Collection," available for immediate PDF download. We also welcome any inquiries you may have.
