We would like to introduce a case study of the air-driven diaphragm pump "One Nut Pump" that our company handles. ★Target Client: A global beverage manufacturer (damper) The company in question was experiencing issues such as damage to piping due to vibrations from the homogenizer, noise generation, damage at piping connections, and product leakage. The damper can be installed within the piping and allows for CIP cleaning. It connects to the homogenizer's air supply port via a T-connection, enabling the damper to operate at the same air supply pressure as the homogenizer.
