Visualizing the progress and delivery dates of small-batch multi-product factories! Dr. Process Navi Series
Specialized in low-volume, multi-variety and single-item production. A system that visualizes "progress, delivery dates, and costs," contributing to improvements in process management through spreadsheets and whiteboards.
In environments with a variety of small-lot or single-item production, it is not uncommon for companies to manage processes using spreadsheet software or whiteboards, as the processes differ for each project. As a result, challenges such as an inability to grasp progress, a high risk of delivery delays, and a lack of visibility into project costs tend to arise. The "Dr. Process Navi" series is a process management and cost management system designed to solve these on-site challenges. It allows for a quick overview of the progress status for each project, centered around a large-scale Gantt chart. It connects information from the manufacturing site and visualizes progress, delivery dates, and costs collectively. Additionally, three editions are available to choose from based on management levels, allowing for a small start from process management using spreadsheet software. The scope of use can be gradually expanded according to the operational level of the implementing company. This system is suitable for process management in manufacturing environments where processes tend to become complex, such as mold making, prototyping, and dedicated machine manufacturing. basic information
The features provided across all editions are as follows: - A master schedule Gantt chart that serves as the command center (navigator) for the manufacturing site. All stakeholders involved in product manufacturing can get an overview of the production status through the master schedule Gantt chart, and regardless of the edition, production plans and progress will be reflected in the master schedule Gantt chart. - System integration functionality. This allows for the management of various internal data in a consolidated manner. - Cost management functionality. This is an individual cost management feature for each product, enabling real-time cost tracking. The three editions are useful in the following ways for manufacturing sites: - Dr. Process Navi Basic: There is no dedicated person for process design (process input and schedule planning), but we want to promote the rationalization of the manufacturing site! - Dr. Process Navi Standard: We want to achieve information sharing and standardization through the systematization of process design tasks using tools like Excel! - Dr. Process Navi Enterprise: We want to automate the creation of detailed schedule plans that take into account various conditions, not just allocations to people/machines! We want to create a manufacturing site that is resilient to changes in delivery dates, last-minute requests, and design changes!
