Solid simulator for 2-axis lathe machining

NCVIEW TURNwatch is a solid simulator for 2-axis lathe machining. You can check the tool shape, tool trajectory, and the cutting shape of the workpiece. You can expand its functionality by adding options to the main unit (basic module). It supports nose R correction, allowing for accurate representation of even the smallest differences between the virtual cutting edge trajectory and the cutting shape. During turning, both the workpiece and the fixture become rotating bodies, enabling interference checks between the tool and holder (optional) based on stationary and turning conditions.
