The "Dokodemo Demu" and "Dokodemo Demu Mini" are programmable wireless units developed with the concepts of being "usable by anyone," "easy to attach to devices," "installable anywhere," and "capable of sending data over long distances." They come equipped with multiple I/O ports (including analog) and ports for serial communication. The built-in microcontroller for Dokodemo Demu is the ESP32 from Espressif Systems, while the Dokodemo Demu Mini features the SAMD21G18 (ARM Cortex-M0), allowing customers to design and write their own programs. Dokodemo Demu is designed for outdoor use and can also function as an LPWA gateway using its built-in WiFi/Bluetooth. The Dokodemo Demu Mini is compact and energy-efficient, making it suitable for use as a node for Dokodemo Demu or in M2M (Machine to Machine) applications. Additionally, each model has a specific low-power wireless version that supports long-range communication with LoRa, as well as an LTE-M model that supports LTE-M.
