Pellet-compatible resin 3D printer HERO500M now available!
We have started handling the completely new resin 3D printer HERO500M, which enables the use of both standard filaments and pellet materials by replacing the extruder that pushes out the resin. The easily detachable extruder can be used simultaneously in up to three units, allowing for changes in material, color, and nozzle diameter, which leads to reduced printing time, diverse color expression, and improved strength of the printed objects. This is a high-performance resin 3D printer aimed at users with high demands for their printed products.

High-performance spline rolling processing using GROB's cold rolling machine.
GROB is a specialist in thread rolling based in Zurich, Switzerland. One of its areas of expertise is spline machining for long shaft components. The GROB method, which uses special mold tools (rolling rollers), is unique and boasts high precision and processing speed, earning the support of many customers. This time, we will focus on the rolling of shafts among the various GROB methods. - Spline for automotive drive shafts - Spline for cardan shafts and propeller shafts - Pump shafts - Spline shafts for extruders These shafts can be rolled at high speed and with high precision, without being limited by length (for details, please inquire). GROB's spline machining methods are used in various industries. With a module range of 0.5 to 10, the length can be discussed, and equipment design can be done with almost no restrictions. Additionally, it is flexible enough to roll multiple spline shapes onto a single workpiece. If you are interested in the GROB method, please feel free to contact us.

"Extra Edition" New model of ARBURG (Germany) resin 3D printer "Freeformer" has arrived!
The German long-established injection molding machine manufacturer ARBURG has added the 750-3X to its lineup of resin 3D printers using the patented APF method (Arburg Plastic Freeforming) known as "Freeformer." The build size has increased to X: 330mm and Y: 230mm, surpassing A4 size (Z remains the same at 230mm). This APF method, which involves turning melted material into droplets, has the following features: - A wide variety of commercially available pellets such as ABS, TPU, PA10, PC, and PP can be used as is. - Different materials, including support materials, can be printed simultaneously, allowing for the combination of dissimilar materials. - High strength in the build direction (Z-axis) and control over density is possible. Please try out this resin 3D printer from ARBURG, a company with a 100-year history in injection molding machines. We have established the Nagoya Technical Office (commonly known as NTO) in Moriyama Ward, Nagoya City, and we are accepting test prints from customers using the Freeformer 300-3X. Even if you only want to visit to see the demo machine, we welcome you to come to our NTO.
