Three features: 1. VSA® (Variable Side roll Adjustment) It is possible to mechanically change the pivot position of the side roll. By bringing the side roll position closer to the machine's centerline, it achieves up to 85% improvement in bending moment compared to conventional methods. 2. HHDS® (Haeusler Hybrid Drive System) Roll rotation control is managed by an electric motor, while vertical roll positioning is controlled hydraulically. This reduces running costs by approximately 50% compared to traditional hydraulic roll rotation control, while also improving maintainability. 3. BENDtronic® This is a parameter creation tool equipped with artificial intelligence. By inputting material specifications and the desired shape into the software, it guides users on whether the target can be achieved. It accommodates all shapes, including cylindrical, conical, and elliptical forms.
