The TG series is a grinding machine developed mainly for the finishing grinding of helical screw components such as warm screws and rotors.
It provides production speeds suitable for precise manufacturing strategies and extremely high accuracy. The highly versatile TG series is suitable not only for batch production and mass production but also for prototype manufacturing. 【Features】 Fully automated probing on the machine provides closed-loop feedback for corrections to the wheel dresser, enabling high-precision profile generation without requiring advanced operator skills. The HPMS (Holroyd Profile Management System) consists of subprograms for developing various helical profiles such as screw rotors, vacuum screws, and pump screws. HPMS can also be used to assist in controlling profiles during the manufacturing stage and optimizing meshing conditions during operation.
