The German company PRÄWEMA is a group of specialists in gear processing. The DVS Technology Group, to which PRÄWEMA belongs, engages in the manufacturing of machine tools, automation, tooling, jig design and production, as well as contract gear processing services. PRÄWEMA's gear machining centers are platforms that can individually combine main and secondary processes. They perform both skiving and gear honing in a single machine. Thanks to the integrated power skiving, it is also possible to carry out hard-fine machining on workpieces after hardening. PRÄWEMA has many years of experience and achievements in internal gear honing as a hard finishing process. With the modular design of the Synchroform V, it provides an ideal platform that adds core technologies such as power skiving and internal honing, as well as slitting operations using cutting tools. Additionally, processes like inner diameter and end face grinding can also be added, allowing a single machine to perform a wide range of machining operations.
