SMARTTEC's SMARTTECH3D Robotized is an integrated ecosystem for automating quality control and reverse engineering processes. It incorporates the advantages of a high-resolution scanning head equipped with a robotic arm and a 20MP detector to fully implement the designed measurement processes. It not only enables the automation of 3D model creation but also allows for the independent generation of inspection reports in PDF format and the direct display of deviation maps from CAD models on the measured objects.

SMARTTECH was established in 2000 by a group of doctors and researchers from the Warsaw University of Technology (Poland). For 20 years, it has been developing and continuously improving non-contact measurement methods based on structured LED lights, particularly white LEDs.
