Aerofoc(TM) has a special internal structure that dramatically enhances the kinetic energy of coolant using the power of "air." Air flowing inside at speeds of Mach 1 (over 1,200 km/h) transforms low-pressure coolant into high discharge pressure, as if it were using a high-pressure pump. This means that expensive, maintenance-intensive high-pressure pumps are no longer necessary! By replacing existing coolant lines with Smartec products and adding air piping for Aerofoc(TM), it is possible to easily and cost-effectively implement a high-power coolant system. Utilizing the high-power coolant system not only efficiently delivers coolant to the cutting point and maximizes cooling effects but also significantly removes chips, improving machining accuracy. It can be used with various machining equipment such as lathes, machining centers, and grinding machines.

It achieves complete plug-and-play functionality, allowing for easy installation by selecting the size of the machine's coolant supply port and the coolant nozzle, as well as choosing the optimal piping route (angles, lengths, etc.) to the processing point. The air can also be turned on and off using an optional mechanical valve without the need for an electrical valve. We offer four types of pipe inner diameters: 3mm (S03), 6mm (S06), 9mm (S09), and 12mm (S12).
