The Gehring Inspection System (GIS) is an inspection system that measures rotating parts with high precision. There are two models: the rotational measurement type (GIS-R) and the linear measurement type (GIS-L). It is particularly optimized for stator measurement, automatically and rapidly calculating and determining important measurement items. Point clouds are generated from actual measurement data, which can be utilized for analysis and quality evaluation in subsequent processes.
