Power honing and synchronous gear honing machine!
The German company PRÄWEMA is a specialist group in gear processing. The DVS Technology Group, to which PRÄWEMA belongs, is engaged in the manufacturing of machine tools, automation, tooling, jig design and production, as well as contract gear processing services. The SynchroFine power honing and synchronous gear honing machine is composed of all units in a compact design. The direct drive tool spindle and workpiece spindle do not require mechanical transmission elements such as toothed belts or gears, ensuring backlash-free drive. SynchroFine comes standard with a self-loading unit and handling unit. Workpieces are fed into the machine via conveyors and other means. Simple manual loading is also possible. We design a wide range of automation solutions according to customer preferences and needs, from robotic cells with camera functions provided by our sister company BBC Robotics to automation solutions using conveyor belts. To further increase efficiency, we offer TWIN spindle machines, which can minimize non-productive time (waiting time).
