HOLROYD / Rotary Milling Machine EX Series
For rough finishing processing of rotors, a lineup is available from 1EX (minimum rotor diameter 20mm) to 8EX (maximum rotor diameter 840mm) according to the processing size.
The EX series is a rotor and pump screw machining machine that has gained worldwide acclaim for its high speed, high precision, and unparalleled quality. It utilizes advanced technologies from HOLROYD, such as on-machine probing and dry milling techniques. The standard EX model can machine rotor or worm helix profiles on blanks with a maximum diameter of 850mm. Additionally, a custom 10EX model is available that offers the same machining capabilities for blanks with a diameter of 1000mm.
