As the name suggests, the coreless motor lacks a core (iron core), making it approximately half the weight and about two-thirds the volume of a standard core motor. The characteristics of the coreless motor include not only its lightweight and compactness but also the absence of cogging, minimal eddy current losses at high rotational speeds, resulting in less heat generation even in high-speed ranges, and the motor itself being highly efficient. Comparison with Conventional Coreless Motors: Conventional coreless motors, which shape coils using only copper wire, are very weak against force and heat, making it physically impossible to produce torque (force).
